Best aspects about my xmas stay at this hotel were the spacious and modern rooms, clean and well decorated. The location was also convenient, close to the central railway station, making it easy to travel around. The breakfast was superb and offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the lack of customer care from the staff. The waiting staff on the rooftop terrace bar were terrible, with slow service and a lack of attention to customers.

This place was truly luxurious! I loved that it had a fitness studio and a swimming pool, which was perfect for a morning dip. The location was great for me as it was close to the train station and the financial/business district. The spa centre was the highlight for me - I got to enjoy a relaxing sauna and even had some non-alcoholic cocktails by the poolside. The staff here were extremely welcoming, providing a refreshing welcome drink when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I also had the most delicious breakfast and room service - they catered to my dietary needs and I was so pleased with the variety that I could choose from.
